Моделювання бізнес-процесів діяльності малого підприємства.

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра розглянуто процесний підхід в управлінні організацією, бізнес-процес та його головні складові, команду бізнес-процесу, надано класифікацію бізнес-процесів. Надані структура об'єктів моделювання; методології моделювання бізнес-процесів (нотація IDEF0 та рекомендації щодо її використання, нотація IDEF3, нотація DFD); алгоритм моделювання наскрізного БП; розглянуті програмні засоби для моделювання бізнес-процесів (браузерна програма Draw.io; програма Microsoft Visio; програма моделювання бізнес-процесів Dia; CASE-засіб AllFusion Process Modeler (BPwin)). Проведено моделювання бізнес-процесів малого підприємства з використанням CASE-засобу AllFusion Process Modeler (функціональне моделювання (IDEF0), потоків даних (DFD) та потоків робіт (IDEF3)). The master's thesis examines the process approach in organization management, the business process and its main components, the business process team, and provides a classification of business processes. The structure of modeling objects is provided; business process modeling methodologies (IDEF0 notation and recommendations for its use, IDEF3 notation, DFD notation); algorithm for modeling end-to-end power supply; considered software tools for business process modeling (Draw.io browser program; Microsoft Visio program; Dia business process modeling program; AllFusion Process Modeler (BPwin) CASE tool). The business processes of a small enterprise were modeled using the AllFusion Process Modeler CASE tool (functional modeling (IDEF0), data flows (DFD) and work flows (IDEF3)).
