Виокремлено значимість управління персоналом для ефективного управління витратами. Вказано, що управління витратами, особливо в умовах надзвичайних подій, потребує застосування різноманітних інструментів, прийняття обґрунтованих рішень в багатьох сферах діяльності, зокрема економічній і правовій. The results of the activities of enterprises in Ukraine from 2021 to 2024 are analyzed. It is outlined that the results of the activities of enterprises directly depend on the costs of all business operations, which requires a functional-cost analysis. The importance of personnel management for effective cost management is highlighted. It is indicated that cost management, especially in conditions of emergency events, requires the use of various tools, making informed decisions in many areas of activity, in particular economic and legal. Наведено співвідношення підприємств і суб’єктів господарювання за кількістю суб’єктів, за кількістю зайнятих працівників, за обсягом реалізованої продукції. Проаналізовано динаміку та структуру видів підприємств за розміром, а також кількості зайнятих на них працівників та обсягу реалізації. Оцінено фінансові результати підприємств за аналізований період та перспективи розвитку. Вказано, що ключовими факторами розвитку підприємств є безпекова ситуація і відповідна державна політика. The activity of enterprises as a component of economic entities from 2021 to 2025. The dynamics and structure of operating economic entities, in particular enterprises, are considered. The ratio of enterprises and economic entities by the number of entities, by the number of employees, by the volume of products sold is given. The dynamics and structure of types of enterprises by size, as well as the number of employees employed by them and the volume of sales are analyzed. The financial results of enterprises for the analyzed period and development prospects are assessed. It is indicated that the key factors for the development of enterprises are the security situation and relevant state policy. Досліджено використання в економіці як основних (діалектики, метафізики, формальної логіки), так і специфічних філософських методів, зокрема, феноменологічного, трансцендентального методів, герменевтики. Зазначено, що є і універсальні прийоми пізнання, зокрема, аналіз і синтез, абстрагування. Considering that for making informed management decisions by business entities, information is needed, and analytics is a combination of different methods of cognition, the feasibility of using philosophical methods in economic research is considered. The use of both basic (dialectics, metaphysics, formal logic) and specific philosophical methods in economics is investigated, in particular, phenomenological, transcendental methods, hermeneutics. It is noted that there are also universal methods of cognition, in particular, analysis and synthesis, abstraction.
