Організаційно-методичні аспекти аналізу витрат будівельних підприємств у сучасних умовах

Abstract

Визначено проблемні питання аналізу діяльності суб’єктів будівельної галузі, розроблено організаційно-інформаційну модель аналізу витрат будівельних підприємств, обґрунтовано методику аналізу витрат з метою розробки рекомендацій щодо їх оптимізації для виявлення потенційних ризиків забезпечення системи управління будівельним підприємством в умовах кризи.

Problematic issues of analyzing the activities of entities in the construction industry were identified, an organizational and information model of analyzing the costs of construction enterprises was developed, and a methodology for analyzing costs was substantiated in order to develop recommendations for their optimization to identify potential risks in ensuring the management system of a construction enterprise in times of crisis.
