Abstract

Конспект лекцій є складовою навчально-методичного комплексу дисципліни. В конспекті лекцій подано основну класифікацію автотранспортних підприємств, наведені їх характеристики, поняття про рівні завантаженості та зручності обслуговування. Розглянуті етапи проектування АТП. Виникає задача реконструкції існуючої виробничо-технічної бази (ВТБ) автомобільного транспорту з поліпшенням використовування наявних виробничих площ. Ця задача повинна розв'язуватися за рахунок упровадження прогресивних форм і методів технічного обслуговування і ремонту рухомого складу, підвищення рівня механізації виробничих процесів, використання сучасних засобів діагностики технічного стану автомобілів, наукової організації праці, найраціональніших з технологічної і економічної точок зору планувальних рішень приміщень і будівель підприємства. Рівень розвитку і умови функціонування виробничо-технічної бази підприємств автомобільного транспорту надають істотний вплив на підтримку автомобілів в технічно справному стані. Основний напрям раціонального розвитку організації виробництва по ТО і ремонту автомобілів, повинен з'явитися перехід від системи окремих самостійних підприємств до системи територіально-виробничих об'єднань. Створення таких об'єднань направлено на реорганізацію авторемонтного виробництва і виконання робіт по ТО автомобілів і покликано перетворити нинішні комплексні підприємства на спеціалізовані виробництва, нерозривно зв'язані в рамках об'єднання єдиним технологічним процесом. The lecture notes are part of the educational and methodological complex of the discipline. The lecture notes provide the main classification of motor transport enterprises, their characteristics, the concept of load levels and ease of maintenance. The stages of ATP design are considered. The task of reconstructing the existing production and technical base (VTB) of motor transport arises with the improvement of the use of existing production areas. This task should be solved by introducing progressive forms and methods of technical maintenance and repair of rolling stock, increasing the level of mechanization of production processes, using modern means of diagnosing the technical condition of vehicles, scientific organization of labor, the most rational from a technological and economic point of view planning solutions for premises and buildings of the enterprise. The level of development and conditions of functioning of the production and technical base of motor transport enterprises have a significant impact on maintaining vehicles in a technically sound condition. The main direction of rational development of the organization of production for maintenance and repair of automobiles should be the transition from a system of separate independent enterprises to a system of territorial-production associations. The creation of such associations is aimed at the reorganization of car repair production and the performance of works on maintenance of automobiles and is designed to transform the current complex enterprises into specialized productions, inextricably linked within the association by a single technological process.
