Засоби з контролю якості знань студентів (тести) з дисципліни «Управління персоналом»

Abstract

Засоби з контролю якості знань студентів є складовою навчально-методичного комплексу, розроблені для оцінювання знань студентів з дисципліни «Управління персоналом». Наведено тестові завдання за матеріалами кожної теми дисципліни. Запропоновано тестові завдання закритого типу з однією правильною відповіддю. Дані тестові завдання застосовуються для організації поточного контролю якості знань студентів: для тестування за кожною темою, виконання рубіжної контрольної роботи; підсумкового контролю в структурі екзаменаційного завдання. Опрацювання студентами матеріалу даної розробки дозволяє ефективно підготуватися до контрольних заходів, набути компетентностей, необхідних для професійного формування фахівця. Tools for monitoring the quality of student knowledge are an integral part of the teaching and learning package, designed to assess student knowledge in the discipline of «Human Resource Management». Test items are provided based on the materials of each topic of the discipline. Closed-ended test items with a single correct answer are proposed. These test items are used to organize ongoing monitoring of the quality of student knowledge: for testing on each topic, completing intermediate milestone assessments, and as part of the final assessment within the structure of the exam paper. Working through the material in this development allows students to effectively prepare for assessment activities and acquire the competencies necessary for the professional development of a specialist.
