Abstract

У підручнику викладено основи міжнародної системи технічного регулювання для підготовки фахівців спеціальностей: 181 – Харчові технології, 182 – Технології легкої промисловості та 076 – Підприємництво, торгівля та біржова діяльність у всіх навчальних закладах ІІІ–ІV рівня акредитації. Підручник призначений для студентів, аспірантів, викладачів та співробітників наукових та навчальних закладів, що працюють над різними аспектами проблем оцінювання якості продукції, процесів і послуг в Україні та за кордоном, займаються формуванням систематичних знань про структуру й функції міжнародних органів служби стандартизації, вивчають особливості проведення процедур сертифікації в Україні та інших країнах. The textbook describes the basics of the international system of technical regulation for the training of specialists in the following specialties: 181 - Food Technologies, 182 - Light Industry Technologies and 076 - Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities in all educational institutions of the III-IV accreditation level. The textbook is intended for students, postgraduates, teachers and staff of scientific and educational institutions working on various aspects of the problems of assessing the quality of products, processes and services in Ukraine and abroad, developing systematic knowledge of the structure and functions of international standardization bodies, studying the peculiarities of certification procedures in Ukraine and other countries.
