Проєктування бібліотечної інформаційної системи

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра розглянуто проблеми цифрової трансформація бібліотек в Україні. Надана статистична аналітика та основні інформаційно-технологічні системи бібліотеки. Надані теоретичні основи створення та функціонування інформаційного простору бібліотек, модель інформаційних ресурсів бібліотеки, сервіси захисту інформації та розмежування прав доступу, стандарти та інтероперабільність електронних бібліотек. Зроблено моделюванню (Microsoft Visio за нотацією Гейна–Сарсона) та процесу створення БД «Бібліотека». Розглянуто вхідні та вихідні потоки даних, алгоритм роботи програми, процес створення таблиць, форм, запитів для бази даних у середовищі MS Access. База заповнена та продемонстровано елементи роботи запитів. The master's qualification thesis examines the problems of digital transformation of libraries in Ukraine. Statistical analysis and basic information technology systems of the library are provided. The theoretical foundations of the creation and functioning of the information space of libraries, the model of library information resources, information protection services and demarcation of access rights, standards and interoperability of electronic libraries are provided. Modeling (Microsoft Visio according to Hein-Sarson notation) and the process of creating the "Library" database was done. The input and output data flows, the algorithm of the program, the process of creating tables, forms, queries for the database in the environment are considered MS Access. The database is filled in and the elements of query work are demonstrated.
