Комплексне оцінювання цілісності соціально-трудових структур підприємства (на матеріалах ТА «Aquavita»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра присвячена дослідженню сутності цілісності соціально-трудових структур підприємства. Проаналізовано науково-методологічні передумови забезпечення цілісності соціально-трудових структур підприємства. Обґрунтовано методологічну подібність процесів забезпечення інформаційної та соціальної цілісності соціально-трудових структур ТА «Aquavita». Надано практичні рекомендації щодо впровадження принципу збалансованості в систему оцінювання цілісності соціально-трудових структур ТА «Aquavita». The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the essence of the integrity of social and labor structures of the enterprise. The scientific and methodological prerequisites for ensuring the integrity of social and labor structures of the enterprise are analyzed. The methodological similarity of the processes of ensuring the information and social integrity of social and labor structures of TA «Aquavita» is substantiated. Practical recommendations for the implementation of the principle of balance in the system of assessing the integrity of social and labor structures of TA «Aquavita» are provided.
