Переклад лексико-граматичної структури юридичної документації українською мовою

Abstract

This thesis under the title “Translation of Lexical and Grammatical Structure of Legal Documentation into Ukrainian” is devoted to the peculiarities of the translation of the lexical and grammatical structure of legal documentation (based on English texts). In our opinion, this topic is quite relevant for modern science for several reasons. Firstly, the development of relations with other countries in the field of law requires from lawyers not only knowledge of a foreign language, but also the ability to translate legal texts from one language to another. Secondly, legal translation, like military, scientific and technical and others, is a kind of special translation, translation in the field of professional communication with its own features that you need to know. Ця дипломна робота під назвою «Переклад лексичної та граматичної структури юридичної документації українською мовою» присвячена особливостям перекладу лексичної та граматичної структури юридичної документації (на основі англійських текстів). На наш погляд, ця тема є досить актуальною для сучасної науки з кількох причин. По-перше, розвиток відносин з іншими країнами в галузі права вимагає від юристів не лише знання іноземної мови, але й вміння перекладати юридичні тексти з однієї мови на іншу. По-друге, юридичний переклад, як військовий, науково-технічний та інші, є різновидом спеціального перекладу, перекладу в галузі професійного спілкування зі своїми особливостями, які потрібно знати.
