Abstract

Конспект лекцій є складовою навчально-методичного комплексу дисципліни. В конспекті лекцій подано основи організації і управляння атопідриємстом, способи вивчення та оцінювання його ефективності. Наведені характеристики всього комплексу послуг автосервісу, закономірності їх формування, поняття про рівні завантаженості та зручності обслуговування. Розглянуті практичні заходи з розрахунку чисельності обслуговуючого персоналу і кількості обладнання на дільницях обслуговування автотранспорту. Збільшення інтенсивності і кількості автотранспорту, зміна структури і швидкісних режимів транспортних потоків пред'являють усе більш жорсткі вимоги до методів і способів обслуговування, забезпечення працездатності автомобіля протягом всього періоду експлуатації. Технологічний процес на СТОА повинен забезпечувати гнучкість при виконанні замовленої послуги по ТЕ і ТР, і припускає вживання універсальних і спеціалізованих постів, а отже, можливість проведення різних поєднань виробничих операцій всіх робіт даного виду без переміщення автомобіля (за винятком спеціалізованих постів). Однак досвід найбільш розвинутих країн показує, що недостатньо побудувати дороги, необхідно здійснювати на них постійну, цілеспрямовану діяльність з планування, оснащення СТО. Цю діяльність можуть забезпечити тільки фахівці, які мають необхідну сучасну підготовку у сфері організації і регулювання автосервісу. The lecture notes are part of the educational and methodological complex of the discipline. The lecture notes present the basics of organizing and managing an auto-enterprise, methods of studying and assessing its effectiveness. The characteristics of the entire complex of car service services, the patterns of their formation, the concept of workload levels and convenience of service are presented. Practical measures for calculating the number of service personnel and the amount of equipment at vehicle service stations are considered. The increase in the intensity and number of vehicles, changes in the structure and speed regimes of traffic flows impose increasingly stringent requirements on the methods and methods of maintenance, ensuring the operability of the vehicle throughout the entire period of operation. The technological process at the service station must provide flexibility in performing the ordered service for TE and TR, and assumes the use of universal and specialized posts, and therefore, the possibility of carrying out various combinations of production operations of all works of this type without moving the vehicle (with the exception of specialized posts). However, the experience of the most developed countries shows that it is not enough to build roads, it is necessary to carry out constant, purposeful activities on them for planning, equipping service stations. This activity can only be provided by specialists who have the necessary modern training in the field of organization and regulation of car service.
