Принципи проектування інтер’єрів тематичних закладів харчування

Abstract

В пояснювальній записці описано всі етапи при розробці тематичного ресторану, а саме морського. Невід’ємним є ознайомлення із принципами роботи тематичних закладів, аналізом джерел натхнення, сформуванням концепції, а також звичайно створення візуалізації ресторану. Аналіз аналогового середовища зроблено на основі існуючих ресторанів як морських так і з іншою тематикою. В документі описано такі кроки щодо створення проекту як: ознайомлення із проблематикою закладів харчування, основні функції закладів, аналіз існуючих ресторанів та кафе, вибір та розгляд джерел натхнення, створення візуалізації, розгляд технічних сторін проекту. The explanatory note describes all the stages of development of a thematic restaurant, namely a sea-themed restaurant. This is essential to get acquainted with the principles of work of thematic establishments, analysis of inspiration sources, the concept description, as well as creation of the restaurant visualization. Similar designs analysis was made on the basis of existing restaurants, both sea-themed and with other themes. The document describes such steps for a project creation as: acquaintance with the problems of food and drink establishments, the main functions of establishments, analysis of existing restaurants and cafes, selection and review of inspiration sources, visualization creation and consideration of technical aspects of the project.
